By uploading content to any mobile application developed or managed by 1299 Studios S.C. (a Polish, European private partnership headquartered at: ul. Józefa Mireckiego 13A/7M, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Mazowieckie 05-300) you agree to our terms of service and license agreement and represent and warrant that you own or have obtained a license for any and all intellectual property in any item that you share. You are not permitted to upload content to 1299 Studios that was created by or is controlled by anyone else. If you violate this policy, you will be suspended from sharing on 1299 Studios. If you find a suspected copyright infringement you can make a DMCA claim by sending an email to: support@1299studios.com

Sexually Explicit or Suggestive Content

Do not attempt to upload images of a pornographic, adult or suggestive nature. This includes gratuitous images including nudity, sexual acts, provocative poses, topless people, minimally or strategically clothed people or see-through underwear. The same rules apply to cartoon and graphic images. Google’s policy prohibits any images (including cartoons) whose primary focus is on the breasts, buttocks or crotch. Uploading such images, or any others that degrade or objectify people will result in your suspension from 1299 Studios.

Offensive Content 

1299 Studios has zero tolerance for content that aims to provoke others with negative intentions. Hate speech, discrimination and negative stereotypes targeting individuals or any group of people are prohibited. Content promoting hate symbols, including but not limited to flags, symbols, insignias or other symbols is not permitted.

Illegal Content 

Do not attempt to upload content that includes violence, drugs, hateful or harmful scenes, sexual exploitation or any illegal content. Uploads of people who appear under the age of 18 years old will be removed. Uploading such content will result in your suspension from 1299 Studios.
